What are the features of your book and the specific benefits a reader can expect to derive from those features?  

Detection

Feature: A unique signal acquisition using maximum likelihood detection and was not published before to my author’s knowledge. It includes fast detection using segment detection and sample detection to pinpoint the sample onset.

Benefit: Increase detection speed and reliably detect signal in a multipath channel with additive noise. Another advantage is the ease of implementation.

Tracking

Feature: Derivation of joint estimation of CFO (carrier frequency offset) and SCO (sampling clock offset) during both the data transmission and signal acquisition period.

Benefit: Both CFO and SCO can be tracked continuously to improve OFDM performance.

DC bias

Feature: Use high pass filtering to remove DC bias in the digital domain.

Benefit: The DC bias does not cause problems anymore for true signal detection and estimation of synchronization parameters.
